The Five Choices

At Thanksgiving, we believe every follower of Christ can have the opportunity to experience more of life the way God intends it: the joy of belonging, the hope of knowing we are secure in God’s grasp, and the love of God and His people.

It’s wonderful to be part of a church and experience these things for ourselves. But at some point, God calls us to a greater commitment to Him, His people and His Kingdom work in the world.

While we desire to be fully-devoted followers of Jesus, we don’t always know how to live out our faith life the way God intended. That’s why we have identified the Five Choices.

We believe these choices will help you take your next steps in truly belonging to Christ and His church and becoming everything God has designed you for.

When we...

it gives us a foundation for living our lives in both the good times and the challenging times. We become more focused on God’s kingdom and less on the cares of this world.

Five Choices Self-Assessment

Our spiritual maturity is about growth, not achievement. This self-assessment will help you ponder areas where you would like to grow and how the church can support you in that effort. Please take time to reflect on your answers. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to list one area where you think you have grown, and one area where you would like to grow. The assessment is designed to help you consider these questions as you go.
